Sto. Nino Elementary School

At La Rose Noire, we firmly believe in the power of education and that young generations are the hope of the future. As part of our Build A School program, we are extending our support to Sto. Niño Elementary School in Bamban, Philippines. This school, built in the 1960s, serves many indigenous people in the area. Over time, the school’s facilities have deteriorated significantly. Classrooms have worn out, ceilings are falling, chairs and tables are overused, and the back area of the school building experiences flash floods during rains due to its location on a mountainous slope. 

Recognizing these challenges, La Rose Noire has selected Sto. Niño Elementary School as the next beneficiary of our Build A School program. We plan to construct a two-story building that will provide additional classrooms conducive to learning. On May 8, 2024, executives from La Rose Noire gathered at Sto. Niño Elementary School for the groundbreaking ceremony, marking the commencement of this much-needed construction project. 

The new school building will provide a better learning environment for the students, addressing the current issues of overcrowding and deteriorating infrastructure. The entire community, including students, teachers, and parents, was filled with excitement and hope as this project promises to bring significant positive change for the future.
