Ever wonder how Gerard started his journey?

Gerard Dubois was recently featured in South China Morning Post (SCMP). He shared with Andrew Sun – Columnist, SMCP, how he started his career from his own passion – baking. He also told SCMP about how he stayed fit during the COVID period while running La Rose Noire and taking over the world of pastry by storm. 


From being an apprentice pastry chef in Switzerland, where his roots came from, he began to shape his career and was assigned to different cities around the world, crafting his name in the field of pastry and bakery. While achieving lots of achievements as a pastry chef, he then started his very own business – La Rose Noire Cake Shop in Hong Kong. And the rest was history.
