La Rousse Foods Ireland showcased the wonderful and latest innovations of La Rose Noire at Carton House Hotel.

Attended by Gerard Dubois himself, the food show was filled with an amazing display of creative products from various shapes and sizes of the hand crafted tart shells, majestic designs and signature characteristic of the 69% single origin chocolate creations, to the luscious taste of the bonbon collection.
