Guests indulged in an exquisite international buffet, highlighted by a lavish 10-kilogram caviar presentation and an extraordinary 20-meter dessert showcase. This centerpiece featured intricate sugar show piece, fruit show piece, bread show piece, and chocolate show piece, alongside a stunning ice carving—each reflecting the artistry and creativity that define La Rose Noire.

A special highlight of the evening was the launch of Beyond Passion by Gérard Dubois—a book that captures the essence of the brand: its craftsmanship, its people, its community initiatives through La Rose Noire Cares, and its commitment to sustainability.
