La Rose Noire Foundation 19th Graduation Ceremony
La Rose Noire Foundation Training Center proudly celebrated the graduation of another batch of scholars who successfully completed the Bread and Pastry Production and Barista NC II Training Programs. Their achievement reflects the dedication, perseverance, and commitment that have brought them to this significant milestone.
Carrying the theme “Crafted by Passion, Bound for Excellence,” the graduates demonstrated that success is achieved not by talent alone, but through hard work, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning. Guided by the Foundation’s mission of empowering individuals through education and skills development, they have grown into capable and confident professionals, ready to embrace new opportunities and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
The ceremony brought together industry partners, government agency representatives, community organizations, families, and friends to celebrate the graduates’ accomplishments. Their presence reflected a shared commitment to empowering underserved youth by creating pathways to meaningful employment and sustainable livelihoods.
Through its flagship Scholarship Training Program, La Rose Noire Foundation provides full scholarships to out-of-school youth, offering TESDA-accredited training, free lodging, meals, uniforms, transportation, and allowances. Beyond technical education, scholars also receive mentorship and life coaching from La Rose Noire executives, managers, and supervisors—an integrated approach that equips them with both technical expertise and the confidence, professionalism, and life skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
During the ceremony, Chucky Gojar, Head Pastry Chef at The Manor Hotel, Baguio, and a proud La Rose Noire Foundation alumna, inspired the graduates with a powerful message: “Believe in your potential regardless of your circumstances or where you started. Never allow your background to define your future. Your determination, character, and willingness to learn will always matter more than the obstacles you face.”
As they move forward, this graduation marks not the end of their journey, but the beginning of a new chapter. Equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values they have gained, the graduates are prepared to pursue excellence with integrity, purpose, and compassion as they build meaningful careers in the hospitality industry.
