La Rose Noire Conducts Successful Earthquake and Fire Drill to Strengthen Workplace Safety

La Rose Noire successfully conducted two Earthquake and Fire Drills on November 18, 2025, at 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. All personnel participated in both sessions, responding quickly to the alarms and following proper evacuation procedures.

A simulated fainting victim was safely transported using a stretcher by the Emergency Response Team. At the assembly area, the SHE Team facilitated a short debriefing and highlighted the importance of preparedness. Leaders, First Aiders, and ERT members completed headcounts to ensure everyone was accounted for before officially ending each drill.
