A new beacon of hope is rising at Sto. Niño Elementary School.

Following the successful completion of the Phase 1 and Phase 2 buildings, the next milestone of the Build A School Program is now underway with the groundbreaking of the Phase 3 building — a significant step toward completing the school’s transformation into a more inspiring and conducive place for learning.

As part of the 35th Anniversary celebration of La Rose Noire, families, friends, customers, and valued partners gathered together to witness this meaningful occasion and celebrate the continued commitment to education and community development. Among those who joined the groundbreaking ceremony was Mayers Fine Foods, one of the valued distributors and generous supporters of the La Rose Noire Foundation, whose contribution continues to help bring opportunities and brighter futures to young students.

A momentous highlight of the ceremony was the placement of a time capsule filled with student drawings, newspapers, coins, bills, and heartfelt memories — preserving a piece of the school’s history for future generations to discover.

The Phase 3 development will feature a two-storey building with six fully furnished classrooms designed to provide students with a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment. Beyond the classrooms, the project will also include essential facilities such as a canteen, computer laboratory, and library, further enriching the educational experience and empowering students with better opportunities for growth and learning.

Through the Build A School Program, the journey of giving back continues — creating not only classrooms, but also hope, inspiration, and brighter futures for the next generation, because La Rose Noire Cares.
