The management of La Rose Noire Philippines recently launched its program that focuses on LRN employees’ welfare – La Rose Noire Cares.
This program aims to connect the management with the employees better, listen to their suggestions, and make them partners in improving the company. Various activities such as movie screenings every Tuesday and Thursday, free haircut, free massage, barbeque party, product treats, and a lot more are organized for La Rose Noire employees to enjoy.
SCHOLARSHIP
Now on its 8th batch of scholars, La Rose Noire Foundation continues to give opportunities and free education to Filipino youth who dream to pursue careers in the industry with training on baking, coffee making, hotel management, and housekeeping, to name a few
YOUTH CONFERENCES
La Rose Noire Foundation also actively participates in various fora such as youth conferences which were attended by different schools and organizations, aiming to widen the understanding of the youth about their surroundings and be aware of the people’s disabilities.
